The very first and hardly probable not the most important thing: always dress protection at driving on rollers! Believe to me, it not so bulky and inconvenient detail of your walks, and is better to go for a drive in it, than then to examine bruises on the knees, the nails broken at falling and grazes on elbows! Protection which in any case will soften falling can help with it. Children when study to go, too fall! But there and then rise and move further. Than you are worse? Forward!

Following rule: supervise the speed, especially at driving from a hill. And it is better in general from it, from a hill, do not go, you will not learn yet it to do.

Never go for a drive on rollers on pools and sand! It simply will kill bearings in the fads, and all pleasure from driving will be gone.

Wet asphalt – slippery asphalt! At driving on wet asphalt (not to confuse to pools on which in general it is impossible to go for a drive) feet will slip, part in the parties. Here very important as much as possible to dump speed and accurately to move the centre of gravity from one foot on another.

Correct falling is a falling forward! In this case always there is a possibility to expose a hand forward, that will soften falling. Falling is very dangerous to a back and a nape back. The main thing, in advance to expect a trajectory of the movement not to face anybody from set forth above, after all speed of movement and speed of maneuver at all different (especially at beginning scooters!), bicyclists besides are in the habit to brake very sharply so it is cautious.

Let's begin with the simple:
Exercise «circulation on rollers»
It is looked not so effectively but so easier to begin movement, for the first time having risen on rollers. Make a step – and you will begin movement, rollers already slide. It is not necessary to be dispersed quickly, the most important thing – to catch balance. A problem: to tear off serially feet from the earth and to rearrange them; thus as it is possible to slide longer on each foot.
Important: the most important difference of movement on rollers from circulation on foot that in the second case you make a start мыском, and in the first – all four wheels.
Typical errors: never make a start only a forward wheel! Remember about a correct rack: a constant inclination forward and the feet bent in knees.

Exercise «a ski course»
This exercise is directed exclusively on accustoming to rollers. Feet on width of shoulders also move strictly in parallel each other. The right foot goes forward, left back, then on the contrary. Unlike a classical ski course here it is not necessary to tear off a heel from the asphalt, on the contrary all wheels of a roller should concern a surface always!
Exercise does not mean pushing away and a set of speed, simply, having sped up, unroll feet forward-back. In 10 minutes you will feel, it becomes how much easier to unroll rollers, and will get the confidence necessary for development of more difficult elements.
The problem before you costs the following: gradually increase distance between feet, each time withdrawing one foot further forward, and another further back. As it is necessary to increase speed of movement of feet.
Important: the centre of gravity is not displaced towards one of feet, and constantly is strictly in the middle. Feet should move in parallel!

Exercise "snake"
Place small subjects, type банок from under Coca-Cola, on one line on distance approximately one and a half metres from each other. Take small dispersal and start them to go round. The original slalom will turn out.
Problem: having begun with position «feet on width of shoulders», gradually pull together them, and work as the case. As you will accustom – increase speed. For complication it is possible to put cups on metre distance from each other.
Important: not tearing off forward wheels of rollers from asphalt, slightly transfer weight of a body on back wheels of rollers. Hold feet together.
Typical errors: do not go for a drive on direct feet! Bend feet in knees and incline the case forward – so will maneuver easier.

Exercise "labyrinth"
This same, as "snake", only place banks not on one line, and on all platform on distance 2-3х metres from each other. Go for a drive, trying constantly them to go round.
Problem: avoid to go on a straight line, try to maneuver and turn all time.
Important: to plan a certain route of passage of "labyrinth". And that you will leave not there.

Where to practise?

It is a lot of parents with children. Someone, for example, on rollers reaches to an open-cast mine – then to bathe, have a rest. Most of all scooters-fans goes on «обкомовской» to a branch because it more brisk, and Shershnevsky is more deserted and consequently there in the evening the people go for a drive – wood nevertheless a little, everyone happens. Other very popular place (especially among youth) – the Revolution area. There and at people to look it is possible, and to show. Besides, there it is possible to get acquainted with people large quantity. Naturally we all it speak about usual, running rollers. The rigid fads (for extreme driving) demand a suitable relief and obstacles. But such places in Chelyabinsk are not present. I know, that go for a drive about monument Курчатову, but special constructions I did not see. Recently was in Novosibirsk so there the whole huge platform with special obstacles is ».
