This award is founded in 2006. The award "Recognition" is an annual higher public award of Chelyabinsk for the contribution to socially significant activity directed on improvement of a life of townspeople. In Chelyabinsk there will pass the international tournament on Russian billiards

Passengers of trams can already go on the Kirov bridge on November, 13th
The transport ring at a cinema "Native land" already began to stir to builders, therefore the basic forces are now directed on clearing the way for trams through the bridge. "Temporary" asphalt will be laid.
The road for cars will be opened since November, 30th. The temporary foot bridge dismantle in connection with uselessness. The updated Kirov bridge almost becomes twice longer and wider. But its opening will not solve problems with stoppers on roads, as the reason of stoppers in shortage of traffic intersections on all city.
