HIV-infected children should study at usual schools
So the active workers of international children's fund "UNICEF" who has visited Chelyabinsk consider. Public men demand not to close children in special schools, and, on the contrary, to admit them in usual general educational classes. Frightening for many diagnosis is yet an occasion to refuse to the child in its right to formation. Long-term experience of introduction of the program has shown, that healthy children cannot catch, studying in one classes from a HIV-positive. We will notice, that practice of co-education for Chelyabinsk became for a long time already a rule. For today at city schools studies three HIV-infected of children. And this year in the first class one more child will go. In total in the Chelyabinsk area now lives about hundred HIV-positive of children. And further this figure, unfortunately, will increase only.

To the Chelyabinsk parents will return a part of money for kindergartens
Today in Chelyabinsk there has begun work a "hot" line, having called on which, it is possible to learn how to receive due payments. We will remind, that, according to the federal law which has come into force since January, 1st, 2007 on indemnification, the subvention which will make 20 % – on 1st child, 50 % – on 2nd and 70 % – on 3rd from the size of a parental payment for kindergarten services will be paid to parents. The hot line will work three days from February, 20 till February, 22nd from 9 o'clock in the morning to 5 o'clock in the evening by following phones:

In Russia have cancelled loose leaves about citizenship for children till 14 years
Now to certify presence of citizenship at the majority of children it will be possible both the birth certificate, and a corresponding mark in the certificate, put down at the oral reference of the parent. We will remind to leave, earlier, with the child for limits of Russia, parents had to collect tens inquiries and to wait not one week, to receive the loose leaf about citizenship. But so has coincided, that practically simultaneously for Russians have changed rules of entrance to some European countries. So Germany has toughened rules of issue of visas – now to a standard set of documents some more inquiries are required and to fill papers it is necessary in German.

The Chelyabinsk officials have thought up how to solve a problem of shortage of places in kindergartens
At the Chelyabinsk schools it decided to open детсадовские and ясельные groups, today at schools it is a lot of empty seats. To all fault the demographic crisis reigning in the country 10 years ago when birth rate has sharply decreased. Now the demographic curve settles into shape, and turns in preschool centres wait today for 18 thousand kids. But according to officials, really there are no 6 thousand places. Simply many parents register in turn practically right after births of the child. In total on the basis of schools it is planned to create 3000 places for preschool children. It will allow to reduce real shortage of places kindergartens twice.

The Chelyabinsk officials wish to reform school education system
On one of ideas, the Chelyabinsk schoolboys wish to give the right to choose to itself teachers on different disciplines. According to vice-mayor Oleg Grachev, it will allow to improve teaching level, and also to create more comfortable conditions for schoolboys. To check up a solvency of this idea, it it decided to introduce at some schools as experiment. Also in Chelyabinsk it is planned to create system of independent schools. Similar institutions will be municipal, but from usual will differ that will receive the big financial independence and can increase number of additional paid educational services. However, and for all debts they should answer independently, not resorting to the help of the city budget.
