Not the secret, that quantity of thefts and the facts of presence of extraneous persons in city hospitals constantly grows. Protection of all internal territory of hospitals, external perimetre, ladder flights and clothes is very complicated by forces of watchmen and protection, the damage is compensated by hospital. In this connection the decision to establish in territories of hospitals of a videocamera was accepted, that considerably will facilitate the control over safety of patients and the personnel of city hospitals.
Now the target program «Equipment of establishments of public health services of a city of Chelyabinsk by internal and external systems of video observation for 2009-2013» is already at a stage of reception of the positive conclusions of city managements of economy and the finance. The first 16 video complete sets will start to work next year.

Chelyabinsk prepares for "Day of a city"

This week in a city already there will be banners with congratulations and statements of known townsmen. In 2 weeks on air of local broadcasting companies there will be rollers with participation of the known townspeople, the cities devoted to Birthday.
